This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Pursia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact our customer support within 60 days of delivery.
- Provide order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the provided return address.
Customers must ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
In all cases, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong model
- Incorrect selection
- Dissatisfaction
- Damaged packaging
The following applies:
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Return label is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
4. Restocking Fee
We charge zero restocking fees.
There are no hidden deductions beyond applicable shipping costs (if any).
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use.
- The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- The item is missing original packaging.
- The return request is made after the 60-day return window.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

- The wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Even in these cases, return shipping cost remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
7. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days:

- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product:
- Return the original item (following our return process).
- Place a new order separately.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is:
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Undeliverable
- Refused by the customer
Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.
